Heavy Thunderstorms Wednesday into Thursday, Maybe a Tornado and Large Hail Tuesday

A storm moving out of the Rockies will first initiate thunderstorms over northern Oklahoma. These is a small area of potential large hail/and or tornado activity near the low center Tuesday afternoon. The helicity tracks show a small are of potential rotation with the storms across that area.

As the storm moves into the Mississippi Valley, a band of thunderstorms will develop along the cold front. Initially, this looked like a volatile event, but I backed down to just a line of storms with potential wind damage and hail. Lets hope that is the case give it’s the day before Thanksgiving.
